JEBS Custom Designs

JEBS Custom Designs, Inc. was established in 1990 by Bonnie Leonard on Long Island in Merrick, New York. The company name was derived from the first name initials of Bonnie's family.

"J" is for Joel, her husband, who has sacrificed many a vacation because "there are invitations to be mailed!"

"E" is for their older son Evan, who exclaims that the company would be "nothing" without him, as he is the only vowel!

"B" is for Bonnie, designer and company head.

"S" is for the family's youngest, Shane, who insists he's the "brains" of the operation!

JEBS introduced their first two personalized albums at the 1990 National Stationery Show at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City... selling over 100 albums at their first "outing"!!!... showing from of a tiny 8x10 booth in the corner of the lower level of the convention center!

Party With JEBS was a collection of 5x7 "informal-style" invitations, decorated with ribbons, bows, mylar stars and balloon circles. Welcome World was the birth announcement & juvenile party collection, designed in similar style to Party With JEBS.

With these designs being so well received by our new dealer base, at their prodding, we were spurred on to bigger and more formal creations. JEBS was in the UPSWING!

To date, JEBS has produced Party With JEBS Volumes 1 & 2, and Welcome World Volumes 1thru 3. We have introduced Weddings by JEBS-elegant, contemporary & upscale. Our most ambitious collection yet was introduced first in 1998 as Structures in Texture Vol. 1., followed by Vol. 2 in 2000, Volume 3 in 2003, Volume 4 in 2006 & Volume 5 in 2007. A brand new Weddings by JEBS was introduced at the 2008 National Stationery Show.

We are always thinking of what will be "next"... new papers, new looks, new ideas! It is our ongoing process to bring YOU the "next something NEW"!
